Ichabod Crane travels to Sleep Hollow to stop a headless horseman for murdering innocents. This is a very dark but also a great film. Johnny Depp as Ichabod was the best casting choice and also Christina Ricci as Katrina (in my opinion her best role ever). The city of Sleepy Hollow looks very eerie and a place nobody would want to visit when there’s a horseman collecting heads. Tim Burton does a wonderful job showing the audience that Ichabod is a different kind of hero and not the kind that's tough or knows how to defeat the Headless Horseman as soon as he meets him. He’s more of a thinker but tries to do everything he can to help stop this evil. The rest of the cast are very believable and do their job correctly. The music by Danny Elfman is great and makes the film more haunting. Verdict: 8.5
